My husband and I went to Baierl Mitsubishi to look at the Outlander Sport. Just look. Everyone was so nice and not once did I experience the dreaded stress of even being in a car dealership. Jason Miller and everyone we met were so laid back and not pushy that it was easy. Of course the deal we got was also wonderful. Thank you for such a great experience and I love my new vehicle. We have all ready recommended Baierl to others
Outstanding customer service, 09/02/2011
We wanted to let you know that we received outstanding customer service from Beverly Nowakowski. We traveled three hours and this was the first time purchasing a vehicle in Pittsburgh. We have always purchased locally. Our son saw this subaru impreza WRX STi that he loved on the internet. She greeted us where other sales representatives did not. They were not busy and chose to ignore us. She said hello can I help you and came to us with a very warm and caring personality. She made us feel right at home. We are now recommending many friends and family to see her. She made our experience so memorable.

John Fitzwater was great. As an owner of a Mazda I've been waiting 6 months for the Mazda CX5 to come out and it did and I was eager to buy one. However I received much better customer service from your Baierl team and a much better deal on the Outlander Sport. Sure the sticker price/MSRP was lower on the Outlander Sport, however again I reflect back on the experience I had at your dealership with that I experienced at the Billco Mazda dealership just a few miles away. Completely different.. I'm a pretty easy customer and walk in knowing what I'm looking for. You don't have to talk down other vehicles to me or try to undersell me or use other various tactics. They literally turned me off with the lack of customer appreciation they showed. That was not the case with John, he was respectful and did a great job.

First of all,Jay Cotts was a super salesman. very congenial and he was entirely knowledgeable about automobiles and how what to expect from them. A great guy. Tell him to be careful on that motorcycle. I will ,and already have, referred prospective buyers to your store.

My husband and I drove from 60 miles away and bought a Sportback from Allyse Hauser, she was very laid back, very helpful and just a great sales person who had a lot of knowledge about the cars that was very helpful. I had found this car online and we spoke to her and had to have the car moved out of the show room... and I do have to say what a great deal we recieved and that Jason was quick and to the point and got us on the road quickly with the paper work so our hour trip was less stressful! What a great experience and I will be coming back to buy a Lancer GTS for myself at some point! Thanks to Allyse and Jason for the wonderful experience!
Service Reliability, 09/09/2011
I have almost 100,000 miles on my subaru. I bought it new from Baierl and I've always taken it to Baierl for maintenance and service. I've come to understand what to expect. The maintenance work is always performed flawlessly and in a timely manner. The service is performed in a timely manner, but I always have to take it back the next day or sooner to reset the computer or something minor (but still important). A simple road test to verify the vehicle is working properly before giving it back to the customer would go a long way it preventing customer frustration.

My fiancee and I recently bought a 2011 Impreza at Baierl Subaru and had a great experience. Our salesman, Jay Cotts, was helpful through the entire process and was very knowledgeable about the cars.

We’ve bought our last 3 vehicles from Baierl Automotive and have recommended Baierl Automotive to many of our friends for both new / used car purchases and for their service needs. Our recent experience with Baierl Suburu was very pleasant and, so, we will most likely make another purchase from Baierl in the future and will continue to recommend Baierl to our friends and acquaintances and plan to use Baierl for our service needs.

was very upset after accident but manager at subaru body shop was very nice to me and consoled me and said as long as you were not hurt thats what counts, we will take care of your car. he made the process a lot easier.

We made the trip to Baierl Subaru from over 100 miles away, and we'll definitely be going back for our next car. Mike Goessler made the whole experience so easy, even staying after hours to finalize the details of our purchase. We got a great deal on the exact car that we intended to buy. My husband and I just love the car that we bought at Baierl Subaru, and we're telling all of our friends and family about the excellent customer service.
